SKILL 10: STAYING FIT, WHEREVER, WHENEVER

I have gotten more physically fit. Even in my addiction, I was used to very long hard missions to get drugs. I know how to pass any physical test.

Riley was excited to be in the project, but shortly after joining he got a job working six days a week and didn't have time to show up for our sessions. In the time we spent together talking about his skill, Riley spoke to the idea that an active body makes for a healthy mind. He would use whatever objects were around him at the time to work out. Riley wanted to share that the world is full of opportunities to stay in shape and invites other people to look at the world in the same way.
